Warm Isles Beach, the charming, easygoing town northeast of Miami, understood for its white-sand beaches and high-end stays, will welcome a new resort later this year. The reimagined Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort will relaunch as The Sunny hotel.

The Sunny will offer “a lifestyle-driven, fun-for-all experience,” Edward Hurowitz, the primary financial investment officer of HB Capital Group, the hotel’s owner, informed Travel + Leisure.

The home’s impressive dining offerings will likewise include the first East Coast station of VIVA!, by chef Ray Garcia, which will serve Mexican-American fare, and an adults-only bar and lounge with a curated list of cocktails and live home entertainment.
