The Sunny will offer “a lifestyle-driven, fun-for-all experience,” Edward Hurowitz, the primary financial investment officer of HB Capital Group, the hotel’s owner, informed Travel + Leisure.
Located just actions far from the historic Sunny Isles Beach Newport Fishing Pier, the 339-key property will offer a range of high-end amenities, consisting of a waterfront swimming pool and bar, fire pits, a chic beach club, a gym, and a day spa. Guests will be welcomed into a spacious lobby with lots of natural wood accents and lush greenery, while the oceanfront checkered swimming pool deck will be an Instagrammer’s dream with white-and-yellow striped umbrellas, cabanas, and fire pits.
The home’s impressive dining offerings will likewise include the first East Coast station of VIVA!, by chef Ray Garcia, which will serve Mexican-American fare, and an adults-only bar and lounge with a curated list of cocktails and live home entertainment.
